The 1245 front-mount fan-shape steel backboard provides the strongest backboard available for rugged playground use. Featuring reinforced mounting points, including two safety mount holes to reduce vibration. The 12 gauge steel shell sports a white powdercoat finish for protection against weather elements.To help eliminate rim replacement injuries, Gared's backboards feature two additional mounting holes to hold the backboard in place.

Our durable Fan-Shape Steel Backboards are built strong for rugged playground use. The 1245 board features a 12 gauge steel shell with white powdercoat finish. Constructed with an integral reinforcing steel channel on reverse side for mounting and increased board support. 20 x 35 mounting centers for attaching board to structure. Capable of direct mounting with integral keyhole slots to permanently attach board to post and allow for goal replacement without removing board. Compatible Mounting: Gooseneck & Straight-Arm Posts. Recommended basketball rims include 8550, 5500, 8800, 7550, 240, 39WO. For indoor or outdoor use.
