The unique thing about this vent kit is that it features a bimetallic spring that is heat-sensitive that will open the vent at 74 degrees and fully opens it at 104 degrees. Once it detects that the internal temperature cools down, it will close automatically. This can easily be installed in any fabric-covered Instant Garage or storage shelter with its 2-sided plastic pop rivets and the best thing about this is that it does not need a power source since it has a built-in temperature sensor. Condensation issues will be a no match with this vent kit since this will help reduce humidity and moisture buildup in your shelter. Please take note that the ShelterLogic AutoVent Automatic Shelter Vent Kit in White was designed to be installed on Shelterlogic units. The manufacturer, as well as the seller, cannot guarantee whether it would fit on any third party or manufactured building.
