This Do-It-Yourself shed features a premium LP Smartside siding that is already pre-primed so all you need to do is paint. The siding is also treated to resist fungal decay and insect infestation. Little Cottage sheds are built in the USA with Amish craftsmanship and you do not need to do some extra cutting since it is already pre-cut. This will surely save you time and effort because it is ready to be constructed. All the needed hardware is already in the kit such as the screws, latches, handles, and nails together with the Color Photo Instruction Manual. Homeowners also have a choice of whether to add the floor kit or not. The optional wood floor kit includes a 5/8 in. OSB flooring along with 2x4 floor joists that are 16 in. on center. Note: Paint, shingles, and drip edge (gutter) are NOT Included!
