Features include shatter-resistant Plexiglas windows, an interior ladder with anti-slip grooved steps, a secure safety rail, and factory-sanded wood for a smooth, splinter-free finish. The structure is built from 5/8" thick, chemical-free solid Tongue and Groove wood—far superior to OSB or particle board, which are prone to warping and weather damage.

Assembly is simple and straightforward. With clear diagrams and a numbered parts list, the factory estimates a build time of one to two full days using only basic tools. Please note: European safety standards require a small gap around the door to protect little fingers from getting pinched.
