Lifetime 2-Pack 8 ft Lotus Plastic Kayaks w/ Paddles - Blue (90172)

We ordered a pair of Lifetime kayaks from you in July which arrived ~3wks later. They shipped - free - directly from Lifetime. When they arrived and we needed a replacement rivet piece, you communicated this to Lifetime the same day - getting the part shipped to us quickly. We’ve been enjoying our kayaks ever since. We were happy to have found them available at your store, when they were back ordered elsewhere, and we’ve been able to enjoy them while we still have warm weather on Lake Erie. Very happy with our purchase and customer service from your store. We would certainly recommend. Our Lifetime lotus kayaks are lightweight to carry w/ one arm, durable, and very stable. The best part is we can fit both of them (stacked)into our Subaru Forester w/ the trunk closed - no need for lifting onto the roof. To store them we just stand them vertically on their flat ends. These were exactly the worry-free, quick and easy escape to nature we needed during this pandemic. Thanks :)

These kayaks are a great product at a great price! They arrived in great shape, the light weight makes them easy to load and launch; the paddles break down into two metal pieces that, with rust, may be an issue down the line, but are very portable. Overall I'm happy with the purchase. My only word of caution to someone hoping to buy them is...don't count on them getting to you any time soon. I ordered these in mid July and didn't receive them until the end of August. They didn't ship until the last day of the 5-10 business day shipping window (and it felt like they only did because they were in stock and I happened to call to ask why I hadn't received shipping notification). After 2 weeks of waiting for the product to ship, the delivery service (not UPS or FedEx as the website led me to believe) called multiple times to schedule delivery, only to call the day-of to notify me that it would be another week. All in all they took about 5 weeks to arrive, so if you're thinking of buying this product, be prepared for a bit of a wait.
