Provide safe wall surfaces for your facility with polyurethane wall padding. The 4110 wall series measures as a 2' x 6' x 2" segment which can be multiplied to cover the wall surface. Poly foam pads consist of all virgin materials and are designed for areas with light play and minimal impact. Pads can be customized with color and graphic options.

Our WALL PADDING protects players from contact in heavy play environments, and is a must behind basketball backstops and in wrestling rooms or workout areas. We offer a vast selection of padding choices for walls, columns, corners, custom structures, and more. Our specifications meet and/or exceed the industry safety standards. All our wall padding is covered in 14 oz. polyester laminated vinyl that is resistant to rot, mildew, & fungus, and passes the rigorous ASTM E84 flame resistance testing method required by today's stringent fire safety codes around the world. The vinyl is fully wrapped over your choice of foam, and adhered to a 7/16" oriental strand backer board to provide a time-tested combination to keep your play area an impact safe zone

Features:

• Standard padding with polyurethane foam is designed for spaces with less aggressive play
• 2" thick foam pad covered in 14-oz vinyl is 6' tall and 2' wide with a 1" nailing lip on top and bottom
• Custom sizes and alternative attachment options available
• Standard size pads are 6' x 2' with 1" nailing margin on top and bottom of each panel
• Nailing margin reduces foam height from 6’ to 5’-10"
• Pads are constructed using 2" thick 3.5-lbs. density polyurethane foam cemented to 7/16" oriented strand board
• Cover material is 14-ounce polyester laminated vinyl stapled to backing every two inches
• Vinyl is flame retardant material, which meets NFPA 701, ASTM E84, and CSFM (California State Fire Marshall)
• Vinyl available in white, yellow, orange, red, kelly green, forest green, royal blue, marine blue, navy blue, gray, black, maroon, beige, teal and purple
• Custom cutting and fitting of padding may be done in field to insure proper fit
• Furring strips by others.
